Golden Eagle News: Week of September 15, 2025
Dear Golden Families,
Thank you, as always, for your ongoing support! After a full five-day week, it was wonderful to see our Golden Eagles thriving within the comfort of our regular routines. Classrooms are buzzing with learning and engagement, and it’s a joy to witness our students shining each day.
This week I want to pause and place extra emphasis on safety at arrival and dismissal. Every guideline we have is designed with one purpose - keeping your children safe. While it may sometimes take a little longer, safety must always come first. I also ask that we all remember our children are watching us - your example teaches them what it looks like to be responsible and respectful members of the community. Please take a moment to review the safety section linked below, as it highlights a few specific entry and exit concerns. Thank you for doing your part to ensure Golden remains a safe place for all.
If you weren’t able to join us for Coffee with the Principals, the slideshow is linked below. We truly enjoy connecting with our families and look forward to another gathering later this year!
Looking ahead, we’ve got a fun week in store:
-Motivational Monday – keep those inspiring shirts coming!
-Picture Day – smile big!
-Internet Safety and Awareness Seminar for Parents on Thursday
Plus, don’t forget Jog-a-Thon, Lunch with a Loved One and College Gear Wednesday are right around the corner!
Golden is such a special place because of the partnership we share with you. Thank you for entrusting us with your children - we are committed to giving them the very best every single day.
Here’s to another great week ahead!
Warmly,
Kristin McDonald
